What is an Advanced Pay Credit?
An Advanced Pay Credit is like a gift card that you can use when images are ready to purchase.  It can be used on any product or package and earns you FREE SHIPPING on orders of $25 or more.

Do packages include a team photo?
You can mix and match all images in your gallery, (individual, team and sportsmate), in a package.  You're not restricted to one pose and a team picture like the old days.

When will pictures be ready?
Your picture gallery will be ready within 2 weeks after picture day.  Text your access code to 90738 to be notified the moment the gallery goes live.

How do I find my gallery access code?
You should have received an email with your access code from ask@stassenphotography.com.  Your athlete will also receive a handout on picture day with this information.  If you cannot find it, please fill out the contact form below to request your gallery access code.

My athlete's name is spelled wrong, what do I do?
If the name on your images is spelled incorrectly, please fill out the contact form BEFORE you buy the images.  We will notify you by email once the images have been corrected, and you can then place your order.
